|
Indicate the budgeted amount, as mentioned in the approved project plan. (The monthly amounts automatically add up to the BUDGETED TOTAL.) Every month, indicate the actual expenditure for the relevant month. If there has been overspending or underspending, indicate the amount in the Variance column. In the Outlook column, indicate the expected expenditure for the rest of the project. |

Total allocated, allocated (PR), added (VV), recovered |
|
Allocated (PB): Provide the amount approved by the Projects' Board.
Added (CR): Provide the amount added as a result of change requests.
Recover: Should any money be recovered during the course of the project.
Total allocated: Sum total of above-mentioned amounts. (This total and the budgeted total correspond until funds have been recovered or change requests have been granted.) |
