Status and progress

Process: How to handle status reports

1.

Draw up the status report

A status report indicates the progress and status of a specific project.

* Compiler: the project manager

* For details on the level of information in the reports, see the Meeting guidelines.

* Use the status report template and accompanying guidelines

2.

Once a month, send the report to the PROJEKtUS Office

The report is submitted on the first Thursday of every month.

NB! If no changes were recorded during the course of the month, only the date is adjusted. However, the report is still submitted via e-mail.

3.

Send the report to the executive committee or steering committee

The executive committee or steering committee has to provide the project manager with guidelines on when to submit the report.
