Roleplayers

There are specific roleplayers within a project environment, each with certain responsibilities and functions. It is important to clearly define everyone's role, responsibilities and level of authority. This pertains to the balance between line responsibilities and project management, as well as to the context of the project. This allows for better management of expectations. In addition to that, the project’s chances of success are higher.
