Closure

Process: Drawing up the project completion report

1.

Complete the draft report

 

Ensure that all the elements are being addressed as set out in the guidelines.

2.

Circulate the draft report for review

 

Give all the roleplayers the opportunity to review the report and to provide their input.

3.

Arrange a workshop for the review of the project ccompletion report

 

Invite all the roleplayers to the workshop. The focus of this workshop is to give all the roleplayers the opportunity to provide additional input for the final approval of the report.

4.

Obtain sign-off on the report

 

The report is submitted to the steering committee for approval. If approved the report is referred to the Projects' Board for final sign-off..
