Make sure your name appears at the top of your time sheet. |

Time sheets must be completed daily to avoid inaccuracy. |

Place the mouse’s cursor on the red triangles in the right-hand corner of a selected area to see the instructions for that particular cell. |

The time sheet period runs from Monday to Sunday. |

Record the commencement date of the time sheet in the “Week begins on” column. This date must be a Monday. The dates of the days of the week will automatically be recorded. |

Under Activities: Distinguish between generic tasks (directly under "Activity") and project-specific tasks (under "Project tasks"). The project tasks are extracted from MS Project Plan. |

Under Description: Complete if you want to provide more specific information on the task at hand. |

Two types of totals are available: Total hours per day, and hours per task. |

The field "Hours to completion" is compulsory. |
10. |
If the time sheet is submitted in paper format, it must be signed by both the team member and project manager. |
