Guidelines
1.
Identify which quality standards are relevant for the project.
2.
Decide how these standards will be achieved.
3.
Identify tasks to achieve these standards.
4.
Include tasks in project plan.
5.
Measure quality continuously.
6.
Take corrective action if not up to standard.
